Do you give volume discounts?
No. We do not give discounts if you purchase more than one of the same item.
Is your merchandise brand new?
The vast majority of our merchandise is brand new. However, we carry open boxed and damaged box items so the packaging may not be sealed. We do have a special As-Is section of the store for used merchandise.
Do you sell consignment?
No, we do not sell consignment merchandise.
Do you buy merchandise from customers?
No, we do not buy merchandise from customers or any other private parties. All our merchandise is obtained through business to business contracts.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver furniture for free within 5 miles of the store. Beginning with mile 6, we charge $5 per mile up to 20 miles.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We have a 30 day return policy for merchandise that has not be used or is defective with your receipt for all full-priced merchandise. Clearance items can only be exchanged within 30 days. As-Is items are final and cannot be returned.
What are your hours?
We are open 10am - 6pm Monday - Saturday.
